You examine the second candle for a sixth time. Never before in your life have you enjoyed the sheer beauty of such a temporary thing as a candle. Although it doesn't appear to be burning down, you know in your heart that someday it will, and that that day will be a sad one, for it is the candle, as far as you're concerned. You wish terribly that you could take it with you, or even simply take a picture of it; though such a picture couldn't possibly do this remarkable candle justice. What a candle!
